Steel Door Frames Roll Forming Machine is used to produced steel door frame.Actually,the door frame is a channel which can fix the door with the wall closely to make the door embed in the wall very strongly.
The Door Frame Roll Forming Machine include the following parts:
Uncoiler, the leveling , the punching system , the main roll forming machine ,cutting system and the receiving table. It also needs 45 degree cutting system for the 45 door frame forming system.
These Door Frame Making Machine can be customized as per customer requirement. It is mostly known for its stability and superiority.

3. Components of machine
3.1 Manual Deciler
It is uesd to support the steel coil and uncoill it in a turnable way. Loading capacity: 1.2T , Inner diameter: 300-500 mm.
3.2 Feeding Table and Leveling Device
Feeding Table: It is used to control the width and position of the steel sheet. The sheet is guided into the machine with correct position, to make sure the panel is neat and parallel.
Leveling device: It used for making the material flat before feeding into the roll forming machine.
3.3 Main roll forming system
The roller surfaces is polishing and hard plating, the polished and heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to marked when it is being stamped.
3.4 Hydraulic system
It is controlled by gear wheel oil pump. After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank, the pump drive the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.
3.5 PLC Control Cabinet
The target piece’s length is adjustable and digit of it can be adjusted. This computed mode has two type, one is manual, the other one is automatic. So you can operate it by any mode that you want to.
3.6 Shearing Mechanism
It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the length and cut the target products. Material of blade: Cr12, quenching treatment.
3.7 Discharge table
It adopts welded steel and supported roller to transmit the products, which is uesd to collect the finished products. The length of this discharge is 6 meters.

4. More Pictures Of Machine
For this machine need 1*40 GP container to load, one container can load 2 sets machines normally.
Before loading to container, we will check and test machine frist.
Second, make some protection on the machine. Such as, we will make the plastic package on the easy damage parts, paint the oil on the roller and shaft, in case the roller and shaft got corrosion and rusty during long time delievery.
Third, we will fix all the parts into container by steel wire rope. And ensure the machine will not damage when shaking on sea.
At last, we will take phoots and videos for customer when loading to container, so that the customer can take out the machine easily when receive the goods.
